The consortium of conscientious beekeepers we purchase our wax from, ensures that we receive only cappings beeswax, as commercial comb and foundation wax now contains up to 70% paraffin and even low temperature of plastics. Only pure cappings beeswax exhibits the negative ion properties spoken of in our literature.
Then, there is our natural plant fiber Carpathian wicking, which is specifically designed to totally absorb each different candle, without spillage, wick drowning or wasted wax. Each different candle width has its own specific size of wick which will burn the candle to the edge and all the way down with minor 'hugging'.
